Bravery packages

Bravery Packages are personalised care packages we give to children and young people age 2-21 who live with a long term condition. They are distributed once every month to a child chosen at random.

A referer can fill out a form so the nominee will have the chance to be chosen to receive a Bravery Package. The goal of these packages are to tailor them to the child and brighten their days during tough times. You can also nominate siblings of seriously ill children to receive a package as well.
