Bravery packages

Bravery Packages are personalised care packages we give to children and young people age 2-21 who live with a long term condition. They are distributed once every two months to a child chosen at random.

A referer can fill out a form so the nominee will have the chance to be chosen to receive a Bravery Package. The goal of these packages are to tailor them to the child and brighten their days during tough times.
